The candidate must make a disposition on wild game animal carcases as they are received at a game processing plant.
The candidate must:

This competency has to be demonstrated under actual work conditions at a wild game processing premises receiving wild game animal carcases either from field depots or direct from the field.
As a minimum the following three forms of assessment must be used:
quiz of underpinning knowledge
workplace demonstration
workplace referee or third-party report of performance over time
Assessors must satisfy the current standards for RTOs.
